THE much anticipated Ned Kelly Glenrowan Project's tower that will tell the story of the historical seige and the events leading up to it has reached lockup stage at the historic town.
On that fateful day of June 28, 1880 there was a standoff (now called The Last Stand), between the Kelly Gang, consisting of Ned and Dan Kelly, Joe Byrne and Steve Hart, and police.
