WANGARATTA Rovers’ outstanding start to the recruiting season has continued, securing the services of state league player Charlie Thompson full-time.
Thompson first joined Rovers as a part-time player in 2019 under first-year coach Daryn Cresswell before spending time at Richmond and Coburg VFL and most recently playing 40 games at Perth in the WAFL where he won the best and fairest in 2023.
