AFTER a COVID interrupted couple of years Wangaratta Street Defence has produced another black belt.
Joel Sebire (15) was recently promoted in BJMA Zen Do Kai at the Wangaratta dojo.
In an intense and fast moving grading, Sebire was tested on basic techniques, self defence applications, sparring and form (kata).
