A MAN was killed in a tragic accident near Moyhu on Saturday.
Victoria Police said they were called to a property on the Moyhu–Meadow Creek Road around 11am.
A 63-year-old Oxley man, who had been helping cut down a tree, was deceased at the scene.
Police said the death was non–suspicious and they will prepare a report for the Coroner.
