THE woman who steered Wangaratta's Centre for Continuing Education (The Centre) through some of its most challenging times, chief executive officer Felicity Williams, is leaving the local training provider to join Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC).

Ms Williams said it has been a privilege to lead The Centre for the past seve
