A FALLEN branch and an unsafe tree forced Wangaratta City Soccer Club to play its matches on an alternative pitch on Sunday.
Council was notified about 1pm on Friday a large branch had fallen over the fence surrounding the pitch and following inspection the tree was also deemed unsafe.
