AN unplanned outage has impacted close to 4000 homes across the western area of the Rural City of Wangaratta due to bad weather.
Ausnet Services posted the alert at 12.20pm reporting "we hope to get your power back on sooner than the estimated time of restoration".
It reported at 1.55pm that the estimated time of restoration is 7.30pm.
