FOR Wangaratta Turf Club chief executive officer Sean Barrett, his two years at the local racecourse has been incredibly frustrating.
Barrett took on the role in April 2021 and since then has had the 2022 Wangaratta Cup Day and Melbourne Cup Day races abandoned due to wet weather, along with a host of other meetings cancelled.
