Region’s SES women to the rescue

WANGARATTA SES members were among 40 Hume region volunteers for a recent Women in Rescue event at Seymour, empowering women in emergency operations.

Ran concurrently with six other Women In Rescue SES gatherings, the event saw volunteers took part in live demonstrations and skills development sessions, centred around VICSES boat response drills, land-based swift water rescue and trailer manoeuvring...
