FEMALE firefighters from across the North East are banding together to provide support and training opportunities for each other as part of a cross–district networking group.
Some 70 staff and volunteers from CFA District 23 (Wangaratta & Mansfield) and District 22 (Shepparton) gathered in Benalla last month to launch the initiative, which is touted to effect real change within the CFA.
