ST Bernard's Primary School will celebrate its 60th anniversary this month with a liturgy, shared lunch and day of activities on November 28, as well as the completion of a bright new mural.
Opened in Williams Road in February, 1963 to cater for a fast-growing new area of Wangaratta, St Bernard's began with just over 30 students led by inaugural principal Sr Baptist Bracken.
