AFTER three years overseeing St Patrick's Primary School - including the implementation of an improvement plan focused on learning and teaching, behavioural education and a major facilities upgrade - principal Gabby Downie is set to hand over the reins at the end of this year.

Mrs Downie will be succeeded by the current principal of Yarrawonga's Sacred
