A TRUCK driver has pleaded guilty to charges of culpable driving causing the deaths of Bundalong mum Amanda Kilmister and her 12 year old son Harrison, a student at Cathedral College Wangaratta, in a head-on collision near Brimin two years ago.

Ryan Kenny, 33, of Mooroopna, appeared in the County Court on Monday and pleaded guilty to charges relating to culpable driving causing death, negligently cause serious injury and conceal documents.

The court heard Kenny had not slept for approximately 19 hours, and had been
