A WANGARATTA magistrate has refused bail to man facing multiple drug offences after a police search of his property allegedly located 13 cannabis plants as well as seeds, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia last Friday.
The Mansfield man appeared in custody via Webex at the Wangaratta Magistrates' Court on Monday and faces charges relating to drug trafficking.
