WANGARATTA'S sole off-leash dog park in Mitchell Avenue is to be expanded.
The Victorian government has confirmed that the council-owned dog park has been successful in gaining a share of $4.9 million offered in the latest round of its new and upgraded Dog Parks Program.
Member for Northern Victoria, Jaclyn Symes, said Mansfield and Benalla had also been successful to receive funding for dog parks.
