A DORMANT parcel of land in Whorouly South will be sold off to a surrounding landholder despite renewed interest from the community for council to hold onto the asset.
The site at 75 Carboor–Whorouly Road was occupied by the Whorouly South Community and Scout Hall (the Centre), buildings that were demolished in August 2014.
