IN the lead up to the much-anticipated New Year's Eve event in Wangaratta, council is holding a Local's Choice Photography Competition.

Residents and visitors can capture and share photographs of their favourite spots across the municipality for a chance to win a series of incredible prizes.

The winner of each category and grand winner will be announced on December 31 at the New Year's Eve event...
