TRAFFIC has been slowed to 40kph around the Rowan Street underpass for much of this week, while painting work has been undertaken on the structure.
The works have this week required closure of the left lane of the underpass heading towards Wangaratta's CBD, while a coat of white paint has been applied to the wall on that side.
