THOMAS Willoughby's inspiring commitment to the community was formally recognised yesterday as the Rural City of Wangaratta's Young Citizen of the Year.
Over the past year Mr Willoughby demonstrated his loyalty to the Wangaratta community by being there in desperate times of need as a part of Wangaratta SES team, ranging from a fallen tree on the footpath to the recent floods.
