VILLA Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH) is looking to develop housing in Wangaratta for people with disability, but instead of building now and asking questions later, the not–for–profit is exploring how they can design housing specific to different needs.

An estimated 35–40 people filled Where Is My Coffee on Wednesday to hear th
