ROMANCE is well and truly alive in Wangaratta on Valentine's Day, according to local florist Mandie Miles.
Having almost racked up a year at Hello Petals Florist in Reid Street, after 12 years spent working as a nurse, Mandie said it was "pure joy" to work with a great team in helping locals spread the love on February 14.
