FORTY local youngsters have spent the first half of this week building their water safety knowledge at Sydney Beach, as part of the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre's Bush Nippers program.
Conducted by WSAC for the second consecutive year in partnership with Life Saving Victoria, the three-day program is a rural adaptation of the traditional coastal Nippers education program.
