SCRAP metal from the Inland Rail construction site at Glenrowan has been cashed in and the proceeds handed to the local Lions club to carry out important community work.
Inland Rail construction partner, McConnell Dowell, working with local scrap metal business Thomo’s Cash for Scrap, has raised $4500 from metal recovered from the site.
