FORMER City of Wangaratta councillor Val Gleeson passed away this month, aged 95.
Mrs Gleeson served the city during the 1980s and early '90s, after raising five children (Christopher, Helen, Kathleen, Shane and Patrick) with her husband, the late Kevin Gleeson, who later joined her on council and spent a term as mayor.
