NORTH Eastern Car Club life member and local publisher Jeff Whitten passed away this month, aged 81.
Husband of Betty for 58 years, father of Carolyn and Peter, grandfather of five and great-grandfather of one, Jeff had a passion for cars from a young age.
He moved to Wangaratta in 1947 with parents Bill and Doris and older sisters June and Ruth.
