WANGARATTA Rovers co-coach Jamason Daniels is still hopeful the O&M will get a season underway despite many of its neighbouring leagues succumbing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ovens and King Football Netball League and the Hume Football Netball League recently announced that they would not be playing for premiership points in 2020, however, the O&M has said that they will wait until June 22 before making a call on the future of season 2020.

O&M rival league the Goulburn Valley Football Netball League announced on Thursday that they were planning on starting the season on July 18 pending the changes in restrictions the Victorian Government is expected to make in the next month.
