Public response has been ‘overwhelming’

GRIT and Resilience Program coordinator Bek Nash-Webster has been thrilled by the “overwhelming” response to a survey aimed at shaping the Rural City of Wangaratta project.

Supported by $1.2 million in Federal Government funding, the four-year project is working to increase wellbeing across the municipality, and feedback from the survey will be used to gauge the issues locals face and how to address them.

“I didn’t know what to expect in terms of response to the survey, because this was our first time going out to the community,” Ms Nash-Webster said.
