IN a world where overseas visitors would be rushing to get back home before travel restrictions were brought in, two of North East Bushrangers boom American imports have decided to stay put in Wangaratta during the testing times.

Former Oregon State University and William Penn University forwards Jarmal Reid and Vashti Nwagbaraocha arrived in Wangaratta three months ago and chose to stay put in the region.

With COVID-19 becoming an issue over in the states, Reid said he was dealing well with being away from his family and friends in the strange circumstances.
