THE future of the 2020 Albury/Wodonga Football Association season remains in limbo after a meeting of all club presidents was postponed.

The AWFA executive and leaders of each club were set to meet on Monday night to discuss a range of topics after the season was put on hold last week until at least April 14 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

But with social distancing restrictions increasing over the weekend, AWFA president Mark Leman said it would have been inappropriate to hold the gathering.
