AFTER one of the most draining and historic weeks in the history of community football and netball, AFL North East Border regional general manager John O’Donohue has spoken out about what the 2020 season looks like.

Following the AFL’s decision on Monday to suspend all state league and talent programs until May 31, a further decision was made late Tuesday to suspend all community football and netball across the country until the same date.

The suspension included all league matches, practice matches, training sessions, Auskick, umpire programs, development programs, carnivals and academies.
