Record-breaking weekend has Boulton primed for more

JUST days after winning two Australian titles and breaking a national under 16 record, Wangaratta sprint star Jack Boulton has his sights set on continuing his rapid rise, particularly in the 400m event.

Boulton was Victoria’s sprinting sensation at the Australian All Schools Championships in Perth last weekend, taking out the 100m and 400m gold medals while finishing second in the 200m by just 0.09 of a second.

Both gold medal performances were also run in personal best times for Boulton, clocking 10.83 in the 100m final before breaking the Australian record in the 400m final with a blistering time of 48.04.
