Zonta’s caring reminder of our victims of crime

A SEAT to recognise victims of crime, particularly family violence, was unveiled at Apex Park on Friday.

The seat is a project of Zonta Wangaratta as part of Zonta International’s 100 years celebration.

“We decided as a club that a seat for victims of crime, set in a park was giving something back to the community but it is also a place to relax and enjoy,” Christine Haddrick, Zonta Wangaratta president, said.
