STROKE patients in Wangaratta are being given access to neuropsychology services via online telehealth as part of a new innovative project.

Northeast Health Wangaratta’s Thomas Hogan Centre has partnered with Safer Care Victoria, Monash University and two other Victorian health services to improve access to neuropsychology services for stroke patients living in regional Victoria.

A NHW spokesperson said the initiative is providing patients with neuopsychology as part of the rehabilitation process which has previously been unavailable.
