MEMBERS of the Daniher family, and more than 300 of their supporters, will roll into Wangaratta this Friday, as they take part in the annual Daniher Drive.

While the Queen’s Birthday ice slide is an event which involves celebrities raising funds for Neale Daniher’s Fight MND cause, the drive is a public access event for regional areas which helps raise funds and awareness of motor neurone disease.

Former Essendon footballer and Melbourne coach Neale Daniher was diagnosed with MND in 2013, but faces the challenges of the disease with amazing courage and humour, driven to help prevent the suffering of those who may be diagnosed with the condition in the future.
