Kneebone goes alone


WHOROULY has wasted little time in setting up another successful season on the field with the announcement of Ben Kneebone as coach of the Lions in 2020.

With over 150 games at senior Ovens and Murray level for Wangaratta Rovers, Kneebone returned to his junior club in 2018 as a player and stepped up as co-coach with Jakeb Meyer in 2019.

The Lions quickly turned their attention to the senior coaching position for 2020 and offered Kneebone the standalone job at the top, a position he gladly accepted.
