• Brave souls line up for Big Freeze ice plunge

    Twenty brave souls have pledged to take the Big Freeze 5 slide into a pool of ice tomorrow at the Sockit2MND Family Day at the Norm Minns Oval.

    While AFL legend Neale Daniher is very much the face of the FightMND campaign, the cause is for anyone who has been touched by the condition.

    Former Tigers Junior footballer and Wangaratta Magpies player Tony Smart and his family, like most Australians, were aware of Neale’s experience and his incredible fight against MND but when Tony was diagnosed with the same disease, the reality of Neale’s challenges came right into their home.
