STRICTER supervision of criminals on parole will be at the forefront of Wangaratta advocate Tania Maxwell as she pursues on a political career in the Upper House starting at this November’s state election.

The local advocate has evolved into an election candidate for the Derryn Hinch Justice Party and the two were in Wangaratta this week for public meet and greet sessions.

Ms Maxwell is well-known for the #ENOUGHISENOUGH Campaign, which she will continue to obtain strict supervision of offenders on release from prison and conditions for offenders not to be released to areas without adequate phone reception and a manned police station.
