Angel flights keep Shaun grounded

Volunteer pilot has transported more than 400 patients for medical reatment

IF you look up into the sky and search through the clouds, you might be able to see an angel or, as some people know him, Shaun Aisen.

Shaun is a volunteer pilot with the Angel Flight charity, which coordinates non-emergency flights to assist country people to access specialist medical treatment that would otherwise be unavailable to them because of vast distance and high travel costs.

On his flight to Wangaratta Airport last Thursday, Shaun and his CIRRUS SR22 four seater plane met some wet and miserable conditions.
