OLIVIA Storer’s basketball star continues to rise, with the Wangaratta local on fire in her second season of college basketball in the United States.

Storer began her second season, or her sophomore year, on November 15 for McDaniel College against York, scoring 10 points and grabbing eight rebounds in just 16 minutes on the court.

The 5’10” forward then dominated again with 17 points against Chatham, before setting a collegiate personal best of 25 points against Christopher Newport University.

The very next game against Johns Hopkins, Storer achieved her first college level double-double gathering 11 rebounds to go with 12 points.

Since these break out games, Storer has yet to fall below the double-digit points barrier.

In the Green Terrors’ second win of the season, Storer put up 19 points, five rebounds, an assist and two steals to defeat Washington (Maryland) 74-61.
