JOE Caruso’s lifelong passion for working with the community is obvious from his impressive track record.
He has been involved with The Centre in various ways since he attended as a student in his youth.
Joe first became a member of The Centre Board of Governance in 1999, after which he was elected as treasurer in 2000 and chaired the Audit and Risk Committee from 2013 until his retirement in April this year.
“It is fair to say I have been associated with The Centre for many years,” he laughed.
“The most important thing that brought me to The Centre was the community involvement.
“It provides education opportunities for people with disadvantages and many community activities.”
