WANGARATTA will look to keep star Wodonga coach Ben Hollands in check tomorrow by running a hard tag on the midfielder when the two teams clash at the John Flower Oval.

While the Bulldogs have struggled for much of the season, winning just one game, Hollands has been in scintillating form.

Hollands has been named the Bulldogs’ best player three times while he has also been damaging up forward with 10 goals, including eight in his last three games.

Wangaratta coach Mark Knobel has been keeping a close eye on Hollands’ form and said he would look to use a couple of different options for his counterpart.

“We’ll definitely need to be mindful of Ben, he has been in pretty good form,” he said.

“If he is in the midfield then we’ll have someone run with him and if he is up forward then we’ll look find the right match up as well.”
